We make every effort to ensure you're happy with your Culcita box, but if your first shipment isn’t what you thought it would be, please cancel your subscription and email us to request a refund.
You will be responsible for return shipment charges and will only be refunded for the product amount, not initial shipping charges.
This refund policy applies to your first shipment only – we will not honor refunds after that, since you’re signing up to receive fabrics and sewing/quilting kits sight unseen.
Did you receive damaged goods?
If you received damaged goods, we are happy to replace them at no cost to you.
Provide a photo to us via email, along with the description of the issue, and we will be sure to take care of you.
Don't love it? Swap it!
